Novemer™ CS polymer is an easy-to-use, versatile polymeric emulsifier and emulsion stabilizer for low to high viscosity gels and emulsions. It is highly compatible with pigments and brings amazing clarity in gels. It imparts a watery and refreshing sensory with a smooth spreading. Suitable for skin care, sun care and makeup applications.
