- PREFERENZ® P 200 is an alkaline proteolytic enzyme that provides cost effective protein removal in a wide range of washing conditions. The PREFERENZ® P 200 helps remove tough stains through hydrolysis of insoluble proteins into soluble peptides and amino acids, which can be removed easily from fabric. Adding PREFERENZ® P 200 to a liquid detergent formulation enables effective removal of every-day stains such as blood, milk, grass, etc.
