Structure® Silk starch is a multifunctional rheology modifier, texturizer, and film-former for skin care, hair care, and hair styling emulsions and aqueous formulations. Derived from non-GMO potato, it is also readily biodegradable and cold water soluble.
Recommended Applications:- Skin lotions and creams
- Leave on face masks
- Serums
- Hair styling gels and emulsions
- Conditioners
Features and Benefits:- Salt Tolerant: Stable in the presence of high electrolyte levels (15%)
- pH Stability: Stable in systems with a pH from 3-9
