PURITY® 21C and PURITY® 21C PURE starches are very white, NF (National Formulary) grade, unmodified corn starch. PURITY® 21C and PURITY® 21C PURE starches have applications whenever a starch with high whiteness and free flowing properties is required. PURITY® 21C PURE starch is an irradiated version of PURITY® 21C starch and possess a cleaner microbiological profile.
