Position Summary: We’re seeking a Samples Lead to oversee daily sample fulfillment operations at our Talmo, GA warehouse. In this role, you’ll manage a small team, coordinate order workflows, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with departments across the business to keep things moving smoothly. This isn’t just a checklist job. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver, a natural leader, and someone who takes pride in getting things right. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day sample fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and traceability

  • Review and release orders, maintain down-packing schedules, and resolve operational bottlenecks

  • Ensure all shipments meet documentation and regulatory requirements (COAs, SDSs, 49 CFR, IATA, IMDG)

  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliation, and storage optimization

  • Train and mentor a team of 4-5 sample associates (permanent and temporary)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier onboarding and ongoing support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on process improvements, system updates, and special projects

  • Generate monthly sample billing invoices and manage fulfillment supply orders

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory coordination, or fulfillment

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business/Supply Chain preferred)

  • A “bias for action” mindset - you don’t wait to be told what needs to get done

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a positive, high-performance team culture

  • Familiarity with COAs, SDSs, and documentation requirements for hazardous goods (preferred)

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
