Phenoxetol is a versatile preservative with particularly good performance on gram negative and gram positive bacteria, but also against yeast and molds. It has a wide range of uses from detergent based products, such as foam baths through to skincare foundationsand makeups. It is used as solvent to boost overall activity of preservatives. It is not recommended for oral care.
