| Genapol® TSMClariant Featured Product | Genapol® TSM is used as an opacifying and pearlescent agent in cosmetic washing and cleansing preparations. The intensity of the cloud producing and silk lustre effect varies according to the concentration used, which is normally in the range 2%-7% calculated on the basis of the finished porduct.
Preparations formulated from Genapol® TSM present a very good silk lustre effect. The optical effect can be enhanced by coloration with suitable colorants.
Genapol TSM® is compatible with anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants commonly used in cosmetics. It has no adverse effect on the active ingredients commonly used in cosmetic preparations.
