Julio started his chemical career as an Analytical Chemist at Hoechst Celanese Corp., who was later acquired by Clariant Corporation. Julio worked in various positions at Clariant Corp., with his most recent as a Regional Key Account Manager where he managed strategic national accounts and distributors across the U.S. Julio has a Masters degree in Chemistry from Hampton University and brings 18 years experience in the chemical industry. |

She left Reckitt in 1999 to work at Playtex where she spent another 10 years in formulation and management for personal care products, to include baby toiletries and hand wipes. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Arts degree in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
