2009 Momentive Performance Materials selects Essential Ingredients as an Authorized Distributor.
  Lubrizol expands its relationship with Essential Ingredients by selecting the firm to represent their surfactant line in the Northeast.
2008 Continued growth leads to Essential Ingredients moving to larger facilities in both Atlanta and Jacksonville .
  Clariant selects Essential Ingredients to represent their Personal Care and Institutional & Home Care product lines.
2007 The U.S. southwest becomes Essential Ingredient's latest geographic expansion.
  Dupont, Tate & Lyle introduces their Zemea® propanediol product and selects Essential Ingredients to represent the line.
  Curoxyl® BP 42 USP is introduced by Essential Ingredients as a unique, flowable Benzoyl Peroxide product.

2000 Outgrowing its Atlanta area facility, Essential Ingredients moves to a larger building.
1999 Essential Ingredients begins representing Vitech's unique line of HI&I products.
  A Board of Directors is formed for Essential Ingredients, including external board members Perry Sells and Dick Wright.
  Medallion International selects Essential Ingredients as a distributor.
1998 Essential Ingredients moves to a suburb of Atlanta to serve its growing customer base.
1997 Mike Crum joins Essential Ingredients as a Co-owner of the firm.

  Essential Ingredients begins representing Lubrizol (formerly Chemron) surfactants.
1996 Essential Ingredients is founded in Augusta, Georgia by Chris Gerlach and Kris Maynard. The vision of the company was, and continues to be, a chemical distributor that is considered a partner and critical resource for customers providing not only raw materials, but creative problem solving and expertise as well.
